Preserving your health

Preserving your health by maintaining good eating habits is also critical for good stamina as well as preserving your mental health. Have you heard about Body and Mind are connected? I believe is true! The way I see it… They are a team!
In this case if I don’t feel well or the person who takes care of me is not well. The team will be broken! If you yourself fall ill or are too exhausted to cope with the unending demands; the work will be under the line. This means having regular meals rich in lean protein, grains, and fruits and vegetables and limiting snacks that added with sugar and refined starches. It’s very essential to create a strong habit of three meals per day. Please, don’t skip your meals or eat small portions if you don’t have appetite. In addition, please try to limit your caffeine because that it’s the secret to long-lasting stamina. I personally love a cup of French vanilla coffee in the morning but that’s it for the day.

Everything you say is true ...
If I could just wean myself off 20 coffees, 12 VBs, and 50 rollies per day ...
Na. Food. Don't like the stuff. It's too healthy. *
Na, seriously, to be honest? I gave up interest in food when I had to eat alone ...
One bowl of soup per week nowadays ... just not interested in eating alone ... there's enough misery in the world without forcing more upon myself, thanks ...
Food? it's meant to be a social event ... If there's no-one to eat it with, I can't be bothered eating ...
Oh, I can cook ... I've been told I'd make someone a wonderful wife ... ***

I always need a reminder like this...I tend to let my diet lag quite a bit at times. This is really good, easy to understand and remember advice.
Thanks,
Tracy
